At Elite Prints & Designs, all products are custom made to your specifications. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Customers are responsible for submitting print ready artwork. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• your artwork has been reviewed before submission
• images are sized correctly
• resolution is suitable for printing (300 DPI recommended) 
• we print your files exactly as submitted. 

Elite Prints & Designs is not responsible for:

• low resolution or blurry images
• pixelation
• misspellings or grammatical errors
• incorrect sizing
• poor print quality resulting from artwork provided by customer
• we do not edit,redesign or correct artwork
