Terms of Service
By placing an order with Elite Prints & Designs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Print-Ready Artwork
Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork.
Elite Prints & Designs prints files exactly as submitted. Unless graphic design services are purchased separately, we do not edit, resize, correct, or modify customer artwork.
Customers are responsible for:
- Image quality and resolution (300 DPI recommended)
- Correct sizing
- Transparent backgrounds when required
- Spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Color selections
- Design placement
We are not responsible for poor print results caused by low-resolution images, pixelation, incorrect sizing, spelling errors, or artwork supplied by the customer.
2. Color Variations
Printed colors may vary slightly from what appears on computer monitors, tablets, or phones due to differences in screen settings, printers, inks, materials, and production processes. Minor color variations are not considered defects.
3. Custom Orders
All products are custom made. Once production begins, orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.
4. No Refunds or Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds unless an error was made by Elite Prints & Designs.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item because of our error, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue.
Approved claims will be replaced at no additional cost.
6. Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to the design or have permission to reproduce it.
Elite Prints & Designs is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-supplied artwork.
7. Production Times
Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, equipment maintenance, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Shipping times are separate from production times.
8. Limitation of Liability
Elite Prints & Designs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All products are made to order. Standard processing time is 2–5 business days, depending on order size and production schedule.
Large, wholesale, custom, or embroidery orders may require additional production time. If your order requires more time, we will contact you.
Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier.
Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Elite Prints & Designs is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
Elite Prints & Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been marked as shipped. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file any necessary claims.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and damaged products. We will review the claim and work with you to resolve the issue if the damage occurred before or during shipment.
Local Pickup
Customers selecting local pickup will be notified when their order is ready. Orders must be picked up within a reasonable time after notification.
